What Embracing Your Dark Does To Your Light

A collective female rage against the machine has been highlighted these past couple of months with the #metoo campaign. The machine of patriarchy is a dark force that is rising to the surface to be seen.

Patriarchy, a manmade construct, has no-thing to do with the divine energy of the sacred masculine. Patriarchy has been sending the message that female pain is not a priority, which is the same trauma that has been handed down from our mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers and the two generations of women before them into our very own DNA. Every women under patriarchal rule has a #metoo story to tell. This trauma has caused such fear and pain in us on a cellular level that we have disconnected from the pain in our bodies and live in fear in our minds.

Male superiority is a complete B.S. myth that has nothing to do with the divinity of who we really are. Male superiority is not a natural law of the Universe as we’ve been led down the garden path to believe. It is false masculinity, which is why it’s coming to the surface after bubbling up under the radar for so long.

Manmade rules are all about commanding and forcing authority, power, domination, control and fear over others. This machine keeps the disconnection of body and mind alive.

Wisdom has NOTHING to do with rules and control others and EVERYTHING about guiding them to their own personal freedom from these mental chains of abuse and shame. It is about harmonising with our bodies and minds and the Universe as a whole.

The #metoo campaign is highlighting our need for self acceptance on the physical plane, which must occur before the consciousness of the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine come together in ourselves to unleash the wisdom we needs to EVOLve in a healthier and happier way.

For balance to be balanced, we must embrace the darkness in the light and seek the light in darkness, as illustrated by the yin yang symbol (see above). According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation: “Everything contains Yin and Yang. They are two opposite yet complementary energies. What does this really mean? Although they are totally different — opposite — in their individual qualities and nature, they are interdependent. Yin and Yang cannot exist without the other; they are never separate. For example, night and day form a Yin-Yang pair. (Night is Yin and day is Yang.) Night looks and is very different than day, yet it is impossible to have one without the other. Both create a totality, a complete whole.”

There is no dark without light and no light without dark. As we learn to blend the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine energies within us, we will have the confidence, willpower and inspired action to change the way things are currently, coming from a place of deep love, acceptance and respect without judgement or control.

This is how we become role models for future generations so that they learn to live in wisdom and not controlled (artificial) ‘intelligence’.

Division and conflict or truth and peace?

Allowing, accepting and embracing those wounded parts of us is how we bring light to the dark. Having previously ignored the pain is what is bringing the darkness into the light.

I know what your heart wants.

As we head into the dawning of a new year, the choice is ours to make.

With love,
